1. Information We Collect & Process

Text Editor AI PRO performs image editing in your browser. Some features require network services, so data handling depends on the feature you choose:

• Account & authentication: If you use email verification, your email, name, verification requests and related technical data are processed by the service and its email provider. The app stores a session profile in your browser. Do not use a shared device if you want to keep that session private.
• Local workspace: Project state, settings, and editing history may be stored in browser local storage so work can persist on that device. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to access it.
• Translation: Text you submit for translation is sent to Google Translate; if the primary service fails and a server key is configured, the text may be sent to OpenRouter for translation. The app can also load Google’s website translation widget when you opt in to the Language category. Review those providers’ terms and privacy information before using these services.
• Support: Information you submit through the support form, including name, email, subject, and message, is processed by our server. It may be emailed to our support inbox or written to server logs if email delivery is not configured. Avoid sending passwords, private images, or sensitive personal information.
• Technical data: Hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser and device details, request URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. Retention depends on the hosting and email providers’ configurations.
• Third-party resources: The site loads libraries, fonts, and icons from external CDNs. Those providers may receive connection data such as your IP address and browser details when your browser requests those resources.

2. Advertising

Google AdSense and other third-party advertising are not currently enabled on this website. If advertising is introduced, we will update this policy and provide the consent choices required for the regions and ad services we use before those services load.

3. Cookies and Web Storage

The site uses browser storage and, when selected, cookies. Essential storage supports sign-in, security, saved work, theme, and consent preferences. Google’s language translation widget may use cookies when enabled. The Language choice is optional and can be changed at any time using Cookie Preferences in the footer. Analytics and advertising are currently not loaded. Browser storage is not necessarily a cookie and can be cleared in your browser settings.

• Essential: session/authentication state, security controls and remembering consent.
• Language: Google Translate widget and its translation preference/cookie, only after opt-in.

4. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may not be able to fulfill requests where an exception applies. You can change the optional Language choice in Cookie Preferences; analytics and advertising are currently disabled.

• California residents: Depending on coverage and applicable exceptions, California law may provide rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sales or sharing. We do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Cookies and similar storage: You can withdraw the optional Language choice through Cookie Preferences or clear site data in your browser.

5. Retention, Security, and Children

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including service operation, security, legal obligations, and resolving support requests. Some information may remain in backups or provider logs for their configured retention periods. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

6. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when the service or data practices change. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
