1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Text Editor AI PRO ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Permitted and Acceptable Use
Text Editor AI PRO provides creative inpainting, font matching, and typography editing tools. You agree to use the Service strictly in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Forge official identity cards, government credentials, diplomas, financial instruments, or medical documents.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of third parties.
- Create defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful visual media.
- Attempt to circumvent security rate limits, reverse-engineer proprietary backend algorithms, or disrupt server infrastructure.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: As between you and us, you retain rights you already hold in content you upload or create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate features you request. Image editing runs in your browser; if you use translation or support features, the selected text or information you submit is sent to the relevant service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our Platform: The code, UI design, WhatFont inspection engine, logos, and trademarks of Text Editor AI PRO are the intellectual property of the service creators and protected under copyright law.
4. Third-Party Advertisements
Third-party advertising is not currently enabled on the Service. If ads are introduced, they will be identified as advertising, and the Privacy Policy will describe the relevant ad services and user choices. We are not responsible for products or services offered by third-party advertisers.
5. Third-Party Services and Availability
Some features rely on third-party providers, including translation, email, hosting, and externally hosted libraries or fonts. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and may be unavailable or change without notice. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that data sent to a provider will be processed under our control.
6. User Content and Responsible Use
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. Do not upload or create unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or use the Service to deceive, harass, or cause harm. You must not bypass security controls, interfere with the Service, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access to protect users or the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Outputs may contain errors; review them before relying on or publishing them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
